Refund Policy

    Introduction

    Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for Watch With Me. This means that when you purchase Watch With Me, you are purchasing from Paddle, and the service is licensed to you by Watch With Me. This refund policy is aligned with Paddle's Invoiced Consumer Terms and Conditions.

    Consumer Right to Cancel

    If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the Digital Content Exception below applies. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of your purchase.

    To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.

    Watch Party Usage Exception

    Important: Watch With Me is a watch party tool. Your right to cancel does not apply once your cumulative watch party hours exceed 100 hours.

    Watch party hours are calculated as follows:

    Once your total watch hours exceed 100 hours, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

    Effect of Cancellation

    If you cancel your purchase as permitted above (before exceeding 100 watch party hours):

    Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. A refund request may be refused if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

    This does not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

    Sales Tax Refunds

    If you have been charged sales tax (including VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes) on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable law.

    You must contact us within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund. This refund will only be processed upon provision of a valid sales tax registration code for your country.

    All sales tax refund requests received after 60 days from the date of purchase will not be processed.
